Why is a building being skipped?

A building is skipped or not pressure-washed or painted because one or more of the units has not been repaired and/or those repairs not approved by P&R

Why didn't I get a proposal?

Proposals were dropped off at the door on Arabian Lane Townhouses some time ago. If you did not get one, then P&R determined no repairs were needed at this time. Sometimes, after pressure washing some discrepancies have been observed. If that is the case then P&R will give you a proposal.

We understand that some of you will be out of town, so please make sure that the Eagles Reserve Website and/or Ameritech has your updated information with at least your email and a contact phone. That way, we will attempt to assist P&R by notifying you.
