Are the units being pressure (power) washed prior to being painted?

Every building gets pressure washed and cleaned with chlorine. It is then inspected by a P&R representative and a Sherwin Williams representative before painting.

How do I know what color my building will be painted?

Please refer to the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) for more information on your question. 

We are in the process of painting Phase 1 and those colors are published on the blog. Our next phase is Phase 2: Lago Vista. When this phase is ready to be painted, the blog will be updated to show the base colors for each building on Lago Vista. The same pattern of notification will be shared on the blog for the town homes on Arabian Lane

When will Arabian Lane Town Homes be painted?

The proposal is that once Lago Vista is painted the town homes on Arabian Lane will be painted.

The color scheme for this will be posted later.

When will Lago Vista be painted?

Once the painting is completed on the villas, the proposal is to paint Lago Vista.
The color scheme on the paint selection for Lago Vista will be posted here soon.

Why are some buildings being skipped?

Those are the buildings with one or more units in need of repair.

What happens if the repairs are not completed when it is time to paint my building?

If one of the units has not completed repairs by the time it is scheduled to be painted, the entire building will be skipped. Check the schedule to see the status of each building and whether the building is ready to be painted.

When will my villa be painted?

The homes that have all repairs completed and approved by P&R will be scheduled for painting. All repairs must be completed for the entire building before it will be scheduled for painting.  Please check back regularly as updates
